- Labor Rate: $150 Per Hour
- Minimum Diagnostics Fee: $150
- Dyno Session: $220 Per Hour (Includes 3-4 Pulls with a Printout)

Refunds & Returns Policy:
- ALT Data Software is sold as-is and is intended solely for off-road use. While our software undergoes thorough development and testing, ALT Data cannot be held liable for issues stemming from poor vehicle maintenance, improper installation, or misuse of the product. All performance enhancements are at the sole risk of the customer or end user.
- Should you be dissatisfied with your ALT Data Software within one day of purchase, we offer to restore your vehicle to its original settings and provide a refund.
- Discounted and custom tunes are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Reflash charges, starting at $100.00 (depending on the model), apply solely to the initial purchaser of the tune and are non-transferable.
- Dyno sessions and rentals are non-refundable.
- Custom fabricated items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Shipping and duties costs are non-refundable.
- Items eligible for return are subject to restocking fees ranging from 15% to 30%.
